I love making this recipe for myself and whoever else wants some! It’s so good and can be eaten hot or cold!
1.boil 5 cups of water
2. Add noodles of your choice ( I like vegan)
3. Cook noodles for 6 mins and then strain
4. Take mixed veggies of your choice and put 4 spoon fulls of each into your pasta.
I prefer chick peas, corn, green beans, carrots
5. Serve either hot or cold and enjoy!
6. Season with whatever you like; olive oil tastes best to me
